The bank is not providing transaction data that adheres to the CDR specifications and as a result is causing a delay for data on some accounts. A fix is being deployed into our production environment and we will then monitor data retrieval.

This incident affected: CDR Data Holders (Banks and other Financial Institutions) (People's Choice, Teachers Mutual Bank, BankWAW, Virgin Money, Southern Cross Credit Union, Horizon Bank, Hume Bank, Bank of us, Bank of Queensland, Firefighters Mutual Bank, ME Bank, RACQ Bank).
